11U & 13U COED Development

This fun-based program is open to boys and girls under 13 years old. We encourage enthusiastic beginners to join in the fun and properly learn the basic foundational skills to play water polo! Players will develop essential water polo skills like ball-handling, passing, shooting, goal-tending, and teamwork.

• Practices will be 3 times per week 
• Opportunity to play in a local league and tournaments.  
• Comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 25m

15U High Performance

This program is open to boys and girls under 15 years old. The aim is to teach and develop the advanced skills of water polo to prepare water polo players for competition. This program is meant to encourage advanced and recreational players to learn the necessary skills to play competitive water polo.

• Practices will be 6 times per week
• Opportunity to play in local league and tournaments
• Water Polo Canada 15U Western Final Championship

17U High Performance

The 17U HP program (born in 2006 and younger) is a Training to Compete and a Training to Perform Program dependent on the level of commitment of individual athlete’s. Emphasis is placed on developing and perfecting the advanced skills, while preparing the athlete for post-secondary education.

• Practices will be 6 times per week
• Opportunity to play in local league and Tournaments, participate in Water Polo Canada  NCL 
• Opportunity to attend training trip in the USA

This program is open to mature athletes who would like to continue playing Water Polo on a drop in basis and/or those who are interested in participating in the NCL Major League. Those registering need to have previous HP water polo experience.

• Opportunity to participate in NCL Major League

Swim Academy

Take your swimming to the next level! Dedicated to providing youth with quality swimming sessions aimed to refine strokes, to become faster and stronger. Learn to swim faster, strong, and be safer in the water. Our program is designed for athletes who are able to swim 25 meters unassisted.

• Practices will be up to 4 times per week
• Ability to improve swim strokes and endurance 
• Comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 25m
